cvest_712 @reiley_b Thank you, but now looking at my dresses to compare I see this measurement varies widely depending where the arm holes are cut. So, would you say this could fit a typical size 4 or would it be too small?

reiley_b @cvest_712 I think it would fit a size four. For reference I am a 34 C and usually wear a 4 and felt this fit well.
