VTG Monet silver tone bracelet with circle charm fold over clasp

VTG Monet bracelet. Has a safety catch that seems permanently on. I wasn’t able to lay flat for measurements but it’s approximately 6.5 in. Needs a little cleaning has tiny scratches on the charm. The charm hangs near the back.
