Fitted waist (not elastic) with hook + eye closure. Waist band is very fitted. Our Tulle is a lightweight hexagonal woven fabric, made of 100% polyester fibers. This soft Tulle is always double lined with a proper dyed to match lining, so your colors are always unison to one another. Our Tulle does not carry an elastane meaning there is no stretch, but not to worry as this fabric is used to create our soft, delicate, and flowy silhouettes.
