Earrings are .66 Total Diamond Weight in a Halo Style setting. The halo is not seamless setting it sits above facets. Diamonds are raised and mounted with diamond cut facets. The halo cut is rounds facet cuts in a micro pave style. Meaning that this piece has two diamonds each measuring 1/3 a piece in each halo setting. So; this piece doesn’t have a bunch of little crap .10 diamonds just one single diamond on both pieces which amount to .66 TDW. Mounted in 925. Purchased when I worked at Kay’s.

mlbivens $800 for sterling silver diamond earrings??? U can get solid 1/3ct diamond earrings right now for $99 why are these so much? Do u have a receipt?

thriftybrndsnob @mlbivens I got these when I worked at Kay’s back in 2012. They had three different sets with various size carats. I haven’t stepped foot in that hell hole since I quit. I don’t have any of the accompanying paperwork. They are priced high because if someone wants to make an offer they are welcome too. However these items are for negotiation in trade so they aren’t really for resale exactly. I hope this helps!

thriftybrndsnob @mlbivens Also, if you look on the Kay site right now they are selling a similar pair for $619 and it’s got the little .10 only two on each side and the TDW is a 1/4. It’s not just some diamond mounted in a SV solitaire post back with a poor quality diamond. It’s actually in a very nice setting.

mlbivens @thriftybrndsnob The sets you're referring to are gold. Not sterling Silver. And I used to work there myself and got out when I found out what they actually paid for the jewelry amd then resold it for. Literally 600% mark up. I hope someone bites for ya

thriftybrndsnob @mlbivens I couldn’t work for a company that had a wage cap and tried to make up for it with the whole “sell more make more”.. meanwhile they shift hours to not give you health insurance and capped me out $15 hourly. Manager made $1 more. That’s insane.. like don’t get me started on that place lol I could RANT. Will say these earrings held up though haha unlike the “7-goal daily mantra” Barf Lmaooo
