Who did the waistband embellishment and how does it look on?

@brandylong11 hii the waistband was done by the dress and bridal shop that i got it from. they have an alterations lady that works there and it was her that did it. i added an old photo of how it looks on because it no longer fits me, so excuse the quality of the photo lol.
