This is a 1950's Weiss Royal Crown brooch with oval blue cabochons, rhinestones & faux seed pearls set in antiqued gold tone metal. It is unsigned, but it came from an estate that had other Weiss jewelry with it.
Condition is good with some discolorations as shown in photos.
