In 1956, the Brooklyn Dodgers hired Emmett Kelly to be the mascot of their baseball team. This was the only year that the Brooklyn Dodgers had a mascot. The figurine is porcelain. The figurine includes a trinket pocket in the front of the bum’s pants and is carrying an open basket on his back. There is a well at the bottom of his feet. The figurine is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. This is a fabulous addition to your baseball and Brooklyn Dodgers collection.
