"Dress Day" size Medium black maxi dress.

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cuteone_85. Dress still has tags attached, is listed as a medium but I would say the fit is more of an XS. The dress fits more like an empire cut. Measuring at the band that hits just below the bust line, the measurement is approximately 28 inches around. The detailing on the bust is pretty, it appears pleated (I will include photos soon) The waist and hips are loose enough to fit a Med/Large but the band around the bust is XS with no room for alterations. So even though it is tagged as a "medium" I am listing it as an "extra small. It is a beautiful dress and I think very versatile. A nice dress for drinks on the boardwalk, wear a lacy shell under it, layers of pearls and beads and lean into the Stevie Nicks romantic goth look or throw on a denim jacket and conch belt and its sultry southwest outfit.
