ooakvalentine Thanks for giving it a whirl, @bigram75 :-) Would it work for you if I simply made an even lower Counter Offer with the knowledge an automatic 7.97 will be added on to the total? (I hope I'm making sense as I try to discuss our arrangement without revealing too much here, in the comments section ;-) Why don't I go ahead and try now, and, of course if you do not approve, I understand you have the opportunity to Decline. For now, let's see if this works!
