City Studio Mini Dress

City Studio Size 3 Light pink underlay and baby blue lace work with sparkly blue overlay. Layer of tule add puff to the skirt. Crystals around the waist are absolutely stunning. I kept taking pictures of them! They weight of the crystals and the design is amazing in person. The way the colors of this dress shift and shine because of the two tones and glitter is beautiful. I can't get enough of it!
