Vintage Handmade Scottie Dog Baby Romper

vintage handmade baby romper unisex hand stitched/embroidered elastic waist in the back cut outs scottie dogs balloons no size tag since its handmade, but measures: 9" across the waist, with stretch 17" from top of the strap to crotch i think this would best fit size 6 to 9 months, but my littlest baby is almost 3, so it's been awhile. please verify fit before purchasing soooo cute and in good vtg condition one of a kind!
