Brand new, worn once just to try on, with tags attached. Very recently purchased for a wedding, but just ended up going with another dress (aka there is nothing wrong with this item)! Overall a beautiful floral smocked dress. Perfect for a wedding or other events, and can easily be dressed up or down. I'm 5' 1" and the XS size fit me quite well, and the waist has elastic banding so there is also wiggle room to breathe.
