This dress is a stunner. Wore it only once for my prom, it was a major hit, a lot of compliments! Bust: 16in. Empire Waist: 13.5in. Hips (Unstretched): 17in. Length: approx. 58.5in. I shortened the strap length, but it can certainly be re-altered, if need be. I had my seamstress cut the hem for my height. Please review measurements and photos.
