Reposhing this NWT top from @kellycofro. So bummed this top was too small for my bust! Sheer throughout but lined at the front of the bust for coverage. Ruffled peplum detail and ruffles with elastic around the shoulders and cuffs. Smocked back. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Extremely lightweight and super cute. I had visions of wearing this with high rise jeans or black dress pants.
