Vintage velvet dress w/pink rose cummerbund-style waist & petal sleeves, size 4

Gorgeous vintage black velvet maxi dress. She does not have a label, but this is definitely a couture or custom-made expensive piece. The tailoring is amazing. She is hand stitched inside and has hook and eye over the zipper in the back, so the zipper is concealed. She also has little strings inside which snap over the bra straps to hold them in place. The sleeve ends and collar are rhinestone-studded rose petals, and the cummerbund-style waist has a very large multi rosette off to the side with rose petals as well. she is photographed on my size, small model and measures as follows: Pit to pit 15 1/2” Approx waist 12 1/2 - 13” Approx hips 16” Shoulder to bottom 51 1/2”
