@reddalia003 Good afternoon, thanks for thequestion. These Ice Skates are MEN but, follow the same sizing guidlines as atheletic shoes. Women's skates are usually 2 sizes above men's skates, .e.g. Men 8.5M = Women 10.5M. I hope this satisfies to answer your question and let me know if I can be further assist with these L.L. @rhondajoy84 These 8.5s should suffice, as you do "not" want the skates to be "super tight" to the feet.
