These items are all different sizes according to the tag, but in my opinion, they all fit like 3-6 months. The two Old Navy footies definitely run smaller that 6-9 (I think all Old Navy footies run small). The three Le Top Bebe onesies that are green/cream colored came in a set and my son only wore each of them once. After washing them, they shrank a lot. So even though they are 6-9 m, they definitely fit more like 3-6.
