@dherrgord hi I’m out of town but will post some more pictures when I get home Friday. I’d say it’s medium support. I wouldn’t go running in it but definitely fine for the gym

@jeanweatherwax thank you. I seem to be between a med and a large size in alo. some bras run tight around the band and cause squeezing at the top of the side/rear band. does this bra seem to do that. or is the band comfy

@dherrgord added some more photos. I’m a 34B and this fit me well without squeezing, I go between a medium and small in Alo but went with a medium for this one if that helps
