Vintage Winnie the Pooh White Walt Disney Productions Prairie Pinafore Dress 4 Amazing vintage Disney little girls dress, labeled size 4 Winnie the Pooh from Walt Disney Productions. The dress has red heart pattern embroidery in the front. It is in good condition, but it does have some flaws. There are some stains speckled across on the back and in the ruffled trim (though washed I have not tried bleach), also one of the ribbons that ties in the back has come apart at the seams which could be an easy fix if you know how to sew.
