It says one size but I’d say it fits like a medium to large in the bottom. Also the material is medium to heavy weight.

@therobynsnest Thanks!😊 I’m between a Med - large, but I could never fit a 28” waist. How much does the elastic stretch? I would need at least 36”

@keilincerf stretched at waist I get 18.5 flat. So I guess that would be 37”. The straps allow you to have the waist go a bit higher than standard if that helps. Thx for your interest.
