victoriahepner @stacyfirecat I’m sorry I just saw this. They are a little bigger than a traditional small in my opinion. I would say a Small / Medium or a pant size 4-6.

victoriahepner @chelx333 I’m so sorry I never got an alert that there was a comment on these. They don’t necessarily make you lose weight they just add resistance to every day activities. It helps to build muscle just by doing daily activities or if you wear them while working out it adds resistance to your leg muscles for an even better workout.
