carolinalongo Can you please tell me pit to pit and waist size? Also, does the fabric have any stretch other than in the smocked part- What type of fabric is this THANK YOU

macedoniangirl3 @carolinalongo Pit to pit is 14.75”. There is stretch there with the smocking. There is elastic at the sleeves, but that is the only other stretch. It is 100% cotton.
