When the Air Jordan 1 Chicago was finally released by Jordan Brand in 2013, it had been 20 years. Instead of the iconic Nike Air tag we were accustomed to seeing this time, Jordan Brand chose to brand the tongue and heel with the Jumpman logo this time (picture shown in slide 5). Fans of the Chicago 1 were overjoyed to see their beloved shoe make a comeback after nearly 20 years, despite the fact that it was no longer an authentic "OG" retro due to that modification on the tongue of the shoe. Only two years passed after the Air Jordan 1 Chicago's initial debut until Jordan Brand brought it back, this time with the original Nike Air logo since it was last seen in 2015. I personally think the 2013 chicago is better than the 2015 jordan 1 based on quality control and the history behind this shoe!
