Dose it have any stretch and are you able to get waist and bust measurements?

@dressesarelife Hi! It does have a little bit of stretch and I'm sure it can be altered bigger or smaller since it's a high quality dress. From my measurements, the waist is 16" across when measured flat and the bust is 19" across when measured flat. It came with cups inside as well.
