NWOT Pinklily White Maxi Dress sz S

Brand new and never worn. Size small but can easily fit a medium. Bought for my anniversary but it was too big. I am 5 feet tall and this was just a little too long for me. Dress is lined to the knee with ruffle bottom. Smocked bodice with tie straps. So pretty!
