Steampunk Skirt Handmade "Originals by Donna Sankey" Metallic like detail XS/S I believe this is a handmade piece. Truly beautiful. Looks like a steampunk piece. Rich Brick Burgundy Red with little Metallic flecks- almost like snakeskin. Waist measures 10" Unstretched but does stretch to 17 so I am thinking this is a small. Simple ruffle detail at the hem. Smoke free home. No rips, tears or stains. 9h
