Beautiful embellished bohemian tunic dress or beach cover soft surroundings

Beautiful tunic dress or beach cover up that hits right at the knee. Heavily embellished with embroidery. Tie dye design on magenta, red and blue tones with lurex streak threading throughout. It is sheer and I no longer have the slip that goes under it but any slip would do!
