Description Louis Vuitton guaranteed authentic VINTAGE Danube handbag 872 SL; Feb 1987. My mother purchased this handbag herself in the late 80's in Paris. It is well loved and WELL USED; please see photos. Note that I ripped out the fabric lining of the interior AND exterior pockets due to adhesion. Both pockets still have the leather lining and are butter soft. The interior is lightly scratched. The strap does not show any signs of separation. Hardware is corroded, but everything (including the zipper) works well. The corners of the bag look good, with minimal wear. There is mild water staining on the vachetta. All stitching appears to be intact. I'm happy to answer questions. This bag is magnificent and still in amazing authentic condition for almost 40 years old. Sizing: Height 9" × Width 6" × Depth 2".
