It fully opens by a surplice wrap, for a V-neckline, and the skirting is set by graduated panels. It has a very lightweight silky lining throughout. By Chaps, it is Size 10. It's in very good condition, but was stored for a long time, and should be laundered, so priced accordingly. There is one mark of light tan on the lining of the bodice, but it does not show on the front. It is size 10, bust is 36," waist is 30," fully tied, and hips are 38." These measures will change of course by whether you tie it completely over. It is 42" long, just below the knee.
