Vaseline Uranium Glass Petticoat Floral Design Toothpick Holder  Fluoresces with ultraviolet light.  Height: little over 2.5" Width: 2.5" at bottom, 1.5" at top Weight: 4.2oz Very unique piece! The V in circle mark is that of Summit Art Glass Co. V is the first letter of the last name of founders Russell and Joanne Vogelsong. I am unsure of a year on this piece, but the company started in 1984.
