2ndthread @nwardcsr Hi, I've been trying to do some research and as far as I can tell is that vintage Frye's seem true to size. I've also attempted to measure the inside of the boot but it's difficult because of height of the shaft so I'm not getting a good measurement for you. Unfortunately I can't give you a clear answer other than going by the size 6.5 that is inside of these boots. I hope that helps.
