La Ligne for Target Black Dress

The long black dress for Target with smocking at bodice and sleeves. Side slit Pockets Shoulders can be worn up or down. Size is more like XS or S, but technically XXS… when Target does design collaborations this happens! I am not super skinny! Great dress for Halloween when you want to look great but not wear a costume.
