668 Vintage Taille D'Epargne Victorian Buckle Bracelet Vintage Taille D'Epargne Victorian-style Buckle Bracelet. Made by Plainville stock Co. of Plainville Ma., which existed from 1896-1931. Taille d'épargne, also called black enamel tracery, a technique using an opaque enamel to fill low-relief etchings in metal. The technique was popular during the 1850s through the 1860s.
