Worn once. Removable straps but it's missing one. Can be worn with or without. There's holders if you wanted to add a second strap would be very easy. Dress is in amazing condition and it is gorgeous! The bust is 13 inches in the back lying flat with room in the front. Zips up on the side and has some built in supports on the sides. Dry clean only. Stunning!!
