This is a super cute crop velvet Boho style blouse. Purchased online for my daughter, but she did not love it because the sleeves are too long for her. They are a beautiful bell length sleeve. This is considered a two XL but it only measures about 18 1/2 inches across from pit to pit so I would say this is more like a large. It is very stretchy. The shirt measures 14 inches from the top of the bust line to the hem. It can be worn on or off the shoulder. Definite free people vibes. Very bohemian style top - perfect for a concert or festival.
