This new 1982 World's Fair commemorative Pocket watch, Knoxville, Tennessee was made, circa 1982, by Westclox in USA and warranted by Wagner Time Inc. Red, white and blue dial. It comes in the original box that most likely was never opened until I took the pics for this listing. The original foam packing is still in box but has disintegrated due to time.
