Vintage Donald J. Pliner cowboy boots! The famous cow print in the blue color, super rare! Size 8.5, but it’s vintage and a cowboy boot so I’d say it runs a bit smaller. I’m an 8.5/9 and they are too tight for me, would probably be better for a size 8, could probably also work for a size smaller!
