🌲4/$20 House of Harlow 1960 Sz M Blue White Floral Flutter Capped Sleeve Top

This top is a Poly Cotton blend from the fabulous House of Harlow 1960 started by none other than the Boho diva herself Nicole Ritchie. They knocked it out of the park on this tiered flutter capped sleeve blouse, in a stunning blue and white floral/sky print with what appears to be small birds across clouds? This is one that is open to interpretation but so 🥰 The neckline is open and I have tried to show that it has the classic multi row stitching often on a boho style top, blending into an adorable, little ruffle collar, & two highlights of fluttering sleeves, pulled together by a rounded by a rounded yoke.
