lilac_mermaid @erastourswiftie sure. This is tricky because it's a A-line/high waist starting from right under the breast, and widens from there. This is Juniors sizing, and the fabric also has some stretch. Armpit to armpit flat, relaxed to stretched is 17"-18.5" across. From the under the breat/high waist point, and while laying flat, the relaxed to stretched is ~15"-18.5" across. About halfway from that to the bottom measures ~20.5" across while laying flat & relaxed.
