Gorgeous Knee High Laceup Boots from theory circa 2014-ish. Size is 39 and they are true to size. Worn for a few seasons and placed in storage. Some scuffing from use and from being in storage, many of which could likely be brushed out. Some waviness in the suede at the zipper, but the zippers work perfectly. This was in interesting time at theory when they were rebranding and a new creative director was in place.
