Strappy floral maxi dress NWT

Never worn, didn’t fit me and it’s too much effort to return to the site I purchased from. Size XL but fits more like an L. Cute and pretty, stretchy material. Better if you’re smaller in the boob area (I’m not and this was the sizing issue for me). Straps are adjustable and criss cross and tie in the back Product measurements: 16” across bust 16.25” across approx waist 22” across approx hip 49” long from top of dress (not strap) to bottom
