Beautiful summer dress, in excellent used condition. Purchased at Nordstrom Rack, think I wore this only one time in vacation. thebeachists @pursezombie hi! The length from shoulder seam to the end of the smocking is 16.5 inches. The pit to pit is 16- but the entire top is a very stretchy smocking.

thebeachists @pursezombie no problem! The waist measurement is the same as the pit to pit. It works with a racerback bra, the back of the dress is a fluttery racer back style, depending on the cut of the bra, it would not show. For example a plain, no frills, classic cut racer back would be perfect. Very cute.
