There’s so much going on with this one! Vintage 80s floral cotton sateen (however, it looks more like a regular cotton material now - it has lost its sheen) dress. Piping lining the neck and the waist. Thick shoulder pads and full sleeves with bows at the elbows. Buttons down the back. Gigantic full skirt. Add a large puffy crinoline for the best effect! There is one small worn spot on the front - almost a hole, and a few of the buttons look slightly discolored, however these are not noticeable. see pictures.
