Shorts: Waist: 24"-28" (elastic waist) Hips: 34" Length: 14" Inseam: 2" The fabric is some kind of polyester. There are some loose threads - please see picture #9 The tags are faded and the only thing that legible is the care tag which has the numbers 7020 on it.
