Vintage from the 70s. Like brand new condition. No stains and no signs of wear The back of the dress has a functional zipper and a button. The sides of the dress around the waist area have elastic, they're not stretchy. Attached lining underneath which is a bit of an old style lining. It's kind of like a white skort underneath. All clean and like brand new Waist left to right 15 top to bottom 23 Tag says size 12, vintage sizing please check the measurements
