In preowned condition and some signs of alteration. Although it seems to me that this dress might not have been worn.
Please note that it looks like more fabric was added to the illusion neckline. Can likely take this off if it doesn’t work for you. The hem also looks altered.
Looks like POCKETS have been added!!

Hi! Do you have a measurement across the bust? Are the pulling beads the only flaw?

@arijackks hi there! I think one of the pictures shows the bust measurement at around 17in laying flat. It also looks like there is a piece of fabric that was stitched onto the dress to provide more coverage at the cleavage.
