So, my first time buying beyond yoga. I r heard they run large but wanted to get a second opinion. I typically wear large in leggings, but I’ve also worn xl and medium.

@wendyrenees hello I am between sizes myself being 5"4 & 140lbs. I can wear M or L. these fit pretty snug on me and my mod section. I feel like these leggings are more true to size then their other types. hope this helps and if you have other questions I am here for you.
