mcbarney30 Hi! It looks like this is a 15 inch laying flat measurement for the waist? 14 inch’s ? Does this run small , is there a good stretch in the waist? Thanks!

mcbarney30 @petit_papillons hey again I have a pair of cropped jeans in this brand that are a size 10 and they fit, but there is more stretch in them. I’m thinking about just going for it ! My hips are 41 ish , I’m 5,5 i want the skirt to go to my ankles… also is the material lighter weight? Thank you! So sorry for all the questions!
