Made and Designed in New York. The plunging back cowl gown can we worn in a variety of ways and has functional ties at the back of the neck and silk buttons at the waist. This has been tried on but never worn. There are minor snags and marks on the bottom of the dress (as shown in the photos) but they're undetectable when worn.
