felltoearth @lover0ffabrics I was a 28” when I bought this. My waist is a 29.5” now. I just tired it on. I wish it were a size up. I am selling the same type of skirt in a different pattern in a size 38 and yes, I’d say that one fits me better to where I think I want to keep it. 🤔

felltoearth @lover0ffabrics here is the link to the skirt. There is a black/yellow pattern where the girl has a top on that is tied in front. That is how it should fit. Susan usually says some thing like if between sizes go up a size or down a size but this one just says true to size

felltoearth I honestly think it will fit you because the other one I have used to hang off of me and the black one fit me better and now the larger one in the navy that used to hang off of me fits me nicely so in all honesty if you don’t think it fits, you can probably sell it
